Our client asked for a modern residence overlooking his horse riding stables and arenas in the outskirts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
We provided a floating “penthouse” similar to a residential building structure. This structure spans the ridges in the mountain and allows for natural ventilation through chimneys to provide a passive cooling feature at night. It also allows to use the space underneath for leisure activities.
