Family home located in a resort for those who love golf and nature. The house integrates with the topography with a green roof that maintains a natural environment since the purpose of the design is to enhance the terrain rather than impose in it. The social space is developed along this prism which takes off from the natural terrain, rising to finish with a cantilever which prioritizes the space. Its prismatic form frames the view of the neighboring mountains creating a window towards the green that loses the boundary between interior and exterior. The position of this horizontal element responds to the need for the north-south ventilation as well as boost the thermal comfort of the house without the need for mechanical ventilation.

A set of glass doors opens onto the north façade inserting a large amount of fresh air to the interior. The space between windows along the south façade, allows the northern flow circulation. With its thermic mass, its concrete wall protects this space from sunlight coming from the south. The green roof meets the function to prolong the terrain and in turn increase thermal insulation through evapotranspiration of the plant cover. As an aesthetic element it powerfully enhances one of the principal objectives of the design; to feel surrounded by greenery at all times. The private area is composed of two levels. Rotated and mounted on the concrete prism they further raise the range of vision. At the same time, the green roof that interposes this area generates the peaceful sensation of waking up to a panoramic view of the landscape.
