This project was located on a very steep (45 degree) site on the hills surrounding Guatemala City Valley. Consequently the site had a remarkable view of the city.
We proposed a stilted, cantilevered hybrid (somewhere between a loft, a house and an apartment).
Sleeping areas on lower levels and social areas on high ceiling spaces on upper levels that open up to large terraces. All done in a contemporary design language.
