Altagracia is a residential building with two faces and two bodies. The main facade of the building faces a low-traffic, low-scale residential area, and adapts accordingly. The back facade faces a ravine and then a high-traffic road.

The interior was thus resolved as two independent but interconnected bodies, each with its own characteristics in terms of materials, scale, and even facade and window treatment.

The structure is designed in steel, and on the lateral sides of the buildings, a playful exposition of the steel members helps create a distinct personality.

Local regulations require a setback at a certain height, so a thin frame was proposed to top off the structures, as a visual cue and to create a skyline.
